Weekend retreat

If you care about making the biggest possible positive impact on the world, come to our weekend retreat to meet people who think hard about these things. This year, we’re making the core team smaller, which brings a more personal atmosphere, but a more limited capacity. We see this as a unique opportunity for our community: the space that opens up is yours to fill. Do you have an idea for a workshop, a lecture, or a discussion? Do you want to help shape the future of our gatherings? Now is the perfect time to get involved and take the lead. You can look forward to stimulating discussions on artificial intelligence, rationality techniques, and cost-effectiveness.

The weekend will take place 28 – 30 November 2025 at Hostačov.

The venue is near Čáslav. It is easily accessible from both Prague and Brno. From Golčův Jeníkov, we will then drive you in cars.

We also welcome those who have not yet been to any of our other events – it is a great opportunity to get to know each other over the weekend and absorb a lot of ideas.

We welcome at the retreat both those who speak Czech and those who don’t. The programme of the retreat will be in such a language that all who want are able to participate. Plus the real value lies in the 1-on-1s and group discussions anyway!
