We are looking for talented and enthusiastic volunteers to help us spread the ideas of effective altruism across the Czech Republic. We believe that using your skills for a high-impact cause is one of the best ways to make a difference.

The Roles We’re Looking For

📱 Social Media Manager

Become the voice of EA Czechia online. We’re looking for a volunteer with a knack for communication to help manage our Facebook and Instagram accounts and create engaging content.

What you’ll do:

  • Plan and create posts and campaigns related to our events and programme.
  • Engage with our growing online community.
  • Track trends and find new ways to reach more people.

Your work will directly influence how many people in Czechia learn about doing good more effectively.

🎨 Graphics Designer

A good idea needs a great design. We’re looking for a creative designer who can transform ideas into clear, visually appealing graphics to help us visually communicate the principles of effective altruism.

What you’ll do:

  • Create graphics for social media, events, and our website.
  • Help maintain a consistent visual identity for our organization.

Your designs will help people better understand how they can maximize their positive impact.

🎉 Event Management Help

We connect people who want to have an impact in the world. We’re looking for a reliable and organized person to help us plan and run our events – from discussion nights to workshops.

What you’ll do:

  • Assist with logistics, event programme planning, communication with guests, and promotion.
  • Ensure everything runs smoothly on the day of the event.

You’ll be creating a space where new ideas and collaborations for a better future are born.

💻 Website Improvements

Our website is the gateway to EA in Czechia. It’s often the first place people encounter effective altruism. We’re looking for a volunteer with experience in WordPress to help us with the technical side of our website, including updates and structural improvements.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage our WordPress site so that it’s up-to-date, technically sound, and works for us.
  • Update content and add new articles or event information.

Your skills will ensure our digital home is as useful as possible for everyone interested in effective altruism.
